Introduction to Tactical Trauma Care

Sentinel is a 1-day Course addressing the most common preventable causes of death resulting from violent trauma (such as gunshot or stabbing).
Skills are consistent with practices recommended by the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (CTECC) and Tactical Casualty Combat Care (TCCC) used by military and tactical units. The training includes:

• Effective techniques for control of massive hemorrhage
• Airway management in austere environments
• Respiratory management in austere environments

This training is a combination of lecture, practical stations, and lifelike simulation scenarios.

Please note: this training is highly physical and may require the lifting and carrying of other adults.
